This outfit was totally inspired by my russian heritage. The two fashion pieces that are always in trend in Russia are fur and flower print scarves. Fur is a winter "must-have piece" mainly to keep you warm and not for making fashion statements. Russian winters are cruel, so the only way you can protect yourself from getting cold is to wear a fur coat, or take a few shots of vodka! JK!
My favorite piece from this entire outfit is definitely the scarf. It carries a lot of memories for me! I inherited it from my late grandmother who I dearly miss! It has a traditional print that can be found in many national russian costumes or on wooden nesting dolls. Similar prints were found plenty of times on the runways this season. I love this look! What do you guys think?
